Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email info@reneechamoun.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If your return is approved, we’ll email you the return instructions and return address / courier label.
Please do not send items back without an approved return—unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return method & fees

  • Returns are sent by courier/mail to our return address (provided by email).

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for faulty/incorrect items.

  • We don’t charge a restocking fee.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or resized pieces

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene and safety), unless defective

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items clearly marked as “Sale” at checkout

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@reneechamoun.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. For approved defects/incorrect items, we cover all return or replacement shipping costs.

Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item as above. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD): refunds are issued by bank transfer or store credit (please include your IBAN details when requesting a COD refund).
    If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at info@reneechamoun.com.

Territory
Returns and exchanges are currently available within Lebanon.

EU customers (if applicable)
If your order ships to the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, no reason required. Items must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging. (This does not override the hygiene/custom exceptions above.)
